Nic Daniel is a senior level nonprofit strategist and grant writer who has assisted over 60 organizations in Southern California and across the United States. Nic thrives in managing teams through capacity building and large-scale grant processes and supporting leadership in advancing organizations to their next level. Over her 30-year career, Nic has been an integral part of many engaging team processes, including developing and funding the first Electronic Medical Record system for reproductive health care providers on the West coast; piloting a partnership between a nonprofit and several major hospitals to address head injury trauma; assisting a historical museum in better representing diversity, equity and inclusion in the origin story of our country; serving on an innovative 5-member circle leadership team performing the Executive Director role; helping to build a national training center for disaster search dogs and more.
